Alison’s areas of responsibility:
- Serve as main point of contact for department; refer inquiries to specific Health Professions programs as appropriate
- Reconcile departmental budget
- Initiate and track contracts and internal hiring approvals for full-time and part-time faculty and staff
- Maintain time entry for part-time staff and students
- Serve as department’s Fixed Assets Coordinator; coordinate annual inventory
- Approve departmental room reservations, secure keys, request building and telephone repairs
- Maintain department’s office supplies
